Washington Place's fast development cited
MANILA, Philippines — Stateland Inc. has announced the progress of the development of its latest residential project, Washington Place, in Dasmariñas City, Cavite.
Since its groundbreaking in June last year, development work has already reached 50 percent completion of Phases 1 and 2, which comprise more than half of the subdivision’s total area of 41 hectares. This now allows interested buyers to view the newly constructed model units, which were blessed together with the subdivision sales office during its grand opening ceremonies Jan. 29.

Soil and field density tests were done to ensure the solidity and stability of the ground on which the houses and roads are to be constructed. Even with the popularity of the so-called modern technology in construction, Stateland is committed to the tested conventional method.
Located along Aguinaldo Highway, this project is only a few minutes from SM and Robinsons Dasmariñas, educational institutions such as PCU, DLSU-Dasmariñas and Lyceum of the Philippines-Cavite Campus, medical facilities and places of worship.
