House Blessings of Monte Brisa
With the success of Monte Brisa Phases 1 and 2 and the launching of Phase 3 early this year, everything is all set for the blessing of the three house models of Monte Brisa Phase 3 on September 28, 2008 at Montalban, Rizal!
The Nicole Model, a single attached bungalow unit with a gross floor area of 37 sqm (Basic Unit) expandable to 61 sqm (Expanded Unit) fits the cozy couple or the family just starting out. Beatrice model is a single detached 2-storey unit with a gross floor area of 65 sqm (Basic Unit) expandable to 102 sqm (Expanded Unit) is for medium-sized families. Clarisse is the biggest model with a gross floor area of 80 sqm (Basic Unit) expandable to 122 sqm (Expanded Unit) is for large-sized families.
To grace the event are Nicole, Beatrice and Clarisse whom the house models were named after.
All three phases of Monte Brisa have integrated amenities like swimming pools, indoor and outdoor basketball courts, tennis court, multi-purpose hall, clubhouse, landscaped parks, children’s playground and day care center. Each phase has a different entrance gate and guardhouse.
