North Belton Model Units Unveiled
Belton Communities, Inc. (BCI) is opening the doors to the model units for its affordable, mid-rise condo township project, The Manors at North Belton Communities. A subsidiary of Lucio Tan’s real estate arm Eton Properties Philippines, Inc. (Eton), BCI was recently formed to serve as Eton’s corporate vehicle for the affordable housing segment.
