Lucio Tan Group Real-Estate Arm launches Residential Condo in Manila

Eton Properties Philippines, Inc., the real-estate arm of the Lucio Tan group, launched its upper-income residential condominium project, the Eton Baypark Manila, that targets entrepreneurs, the Filipino-Chinese community and Filipinos abroad opting to invest in properties in the country. Funding for the project will come from the short-term P10-billion capital expenditure the company has earmarked for its priority projects. The 25-story condominium is priced between P2.5 million and P8 million. The company will also start the construction of Eton IT Center in Ortigas Center by the third quarter this year. The 30,000-square-meter project will house business outsourcing offices. |
